If you need to exchange or want a refund, send us an email at email@example.com with the order Id and complete details of your order and issue.
The returning Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Delivery charges will be applied to the Exchange and Refund.
Customer will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Products of Condition “Good” will only be eligible for an Exchange and No Refund will be applied.
Exchange and Refund procedure will at least take 7 Days.
