Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • 7 Days Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
  •  If you need to exchange or want a refund, send us an email at with the order Id and complete details of your order and issue.
  • The returning Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Delivery charges will be applied to the Exchange and Refund.
  • Customer will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Products of Condition “Good” will only be eligible for an Exchange and No Refund will be applied.
  • Exchange and Refund procedure will at least take 7 Days.
  • Customer  will be needed to provide your CNIC number for the refund of your amount through Easy Paisa.
